After disclosing the overall initiative and context in 1.1 - Understand Problem Statement And Context, the focus is now specifically on the engagement, on the capturing of the client's objectives and expectations regarding this engagement. The Client Objectives are the fundamentals for the Change Drivers. These include the business requirements and architectural requirements of the client and the clients customers (a.k.a. the Voice of the Customer).
